1. General Terms & Conditions

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

Accurate Information Required

All details provided at registration — name, address, phone number, and email — must be accurate and kept up to date. If an account is created using false information, 888fw reserves the right to suspend that account and withhold any remaining balance.

• Your password must be at least 8 characters long and kept confidential

3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawal Policy

888fw supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services — Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 200
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and will be refunded

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 6 hours
• Withdrawals may be held pending if KYC verification has not been completed

• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions

Taxes & Charges

888fw does not charge any transaction fees. However, fees imposed by your payment provider may apply. Users are solely responsible for paying any taxes applicable to their winnings.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonus offers on 888fw are subject to specific terms and conditions. We strongly recommend reading the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

Wagering Requirement

Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement, which is detailed in the respective bonus offer. Welcome bonus wagering typically ranges from 15x to 30x. Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.

Bonus Validity Period

• Welcome bonus: must be used within 30 days of registration
• Reload Bonus: expires if not used within 7 days of being issued
• Cashback bonus: valid for 14 days from the date of issue
• VIP Rewards: issued on a monthly basis and subject to expiry

Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses, converting bonuses through schemes, or manipulating bonuses through betting patterns constitutes bonus abuse. In such cases, 888fw may cancel all bonuses and suspend the account.

5. Betting Rules & Gaming Policy

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please verify all details before placing your bet. If a bet fails to confirm due to a technical error, the amount will be returned to your account.

RNG & Fair Play

All games on 888fw use internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring that every outcome is completely random and impartial. No game result is predetermined.

Sports Betting Special Rules

• Bets placed before an event begins are valid; once an event is underway, bets can be placed in the Live Betting section
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded
• Delays in result verification may also delay payment processing
• Separate rules may apply for special or promotional events

Maximum Win Limit

The maximum payout from a single bet varies by game. Any amount exceeding the maximum limit will not be paid out. The applicable limit for each game is stated in the respective game description.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888fw platform. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

• Bonus Fraud: Manipulating the system to gain unfair advantage from bonus offers
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing a chargeback claim with your payment provider after making a deposit

• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account

7. Account Suspension & Closure

888fw reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons.

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• If evidence of fraud or deceptive activity is found
• If KYC verification has not been completed or fraudulent documents are submitted
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

Closed by User

Any user may voluntarily close their account by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Inactive Accounts

An account with no transaction activity for more than 12 months will be marked as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee of BDT 100 may apply to inactive accounts. To reactivate your account, please contact support.

8. Responsible Gaming
